CrashReport UK helps users organise accident evidence. It does not submit an official insurance claim, determine liability, guarantee acceptance or replace emergency, medical, legal or insurance advice.
Stop in a safe place before using the app. Contact emergency services where anyone may be injured, the road is unsafe or the law requires it.
You are responsible for checking that report details are complete and accurate, following your insurer’s procedure, obtaining appropriate consent and complying with applicable law. Do not enter false, excessive or unlawfully obtained information.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Browser storage, camera, location, PDF and sharing features depend on the user’s device and permissions. Keep an independent copy of important evidence.
A premium payment grants access to the product described at checkout. It does not purchase insurance, legal representation or a guaranteed claim outcome. Price, included features, cancellation and refund information are displayed before payment.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CrashReport UK is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate user entries, failure to retain a local copy, insurer decisions, device failure or use contrary to safety instructions.
These terms may be updated as the beta service develops. The current version is published on this page.
